I recall a deep conversation with tr and dpma one day, and then I see this very relevant article in the paper today:

constipation afflicts 1 million, says study
some bullet points:
• half of these go undiagnosed
• 14% of the population have this prob
• professor annie chan says it could seriously affect quality of life (dang – I don’t need no doctorate to tell you that if you don’t crap for a number of days, you CAN’T be feeling good!)
• those w/constipation had higher anxiety and depression – well – you spend 50% of the time wondering when you gonna dump next, another 40% being sad cause u know something’s wrong with you, and the rest of the 10% time passing gas
• it can affect your social life… hmmmmm – I dunno…
• some useful techniques: correct posture and relax muscles! Learn to move muscles properly!! (whatever that means)
• constipation affects 20-30% in the US… well, at least we a bit ahead of them…

oh wells... be that as it may – I just eat lots of leafy veggies. I think it sorta works. My own solution includes: coffee, milk and fizzy water…

yep – once again, I’m out of things to write about… only cause my mind is here:

180!!! rocks
