we had such a FUN time in okinawa!
so it's been almost a year since my last post. last time, i was home alone, waiting for the family to come home, and hobbled from surgery on my torn achilles' tendon. fast forward 10 months, and i'm healed up, and back at it all! we just got back from okinawa - my first time there, and it was absolutely amazing! we were there actually to celebrate my parents-in-law's anniversary, so what that actually means in practice is spend time with them! :) the whole fam was there, including the newest addition to the Jo family - Na'ima!
my li'l baby adelyn also celebrated her 3rd birthday there. i can't believe she's 3! she has brought so much joy into our lives, so we try to reciprocate... this time by giving her as much ice cream as possible!!
the 2 sisters are getting closer at times, and fighting too much probably at other times! still, the vacation was a great time to see them play together and learn to love each other
there are times when i look at them, and feel so blessed to have them in our lives. it's truly unbelievable how we have 2 wonderful li'l babies that are growing up so fast.
for me, life in HK is so incredibly fast and there just doesn't seem to be any quality time to spend with the kids to relax and chill and let them be just kids.
this trip was a blessing, and i hope that God allows us to have more like these as they grow up and find these opportunities to bond!
nothing much to say... otherwise, i'm just happy to have a 2014 entry!
