s'pore... here i come!!!

i just read that in singapore, they are paying people to have children! paying!!!! all this as they hit a 26-year low for birth rate... i hear they been doin this for years, but this is the first i've heard of it. anyway, being the 'forward looking' people planners they (as in gov't) are, they forecast a need of 50,000 live births a year to meet future economic, defence (DEFENCE?#@?@!$@!$), and labor needs - and last year, only just over 40,000 were born. anyway, the $2,260 for a 2nd child and $4,520 for a third = a nice new set of mizuno mp33 forged blades.... then i guess i can donate my children to the s'pore gov't so they can spawn some more robots...
