the scmp today had an article about coffee being bad for your health. apparantly, it (and/or caffeine???) causes supraventricular tachycardia (why can't they just say irregular heartbeat????), anxiety neurosis, flushing, insomnia, muscle twitches, and nervous irritability... hmmmm... i read that and then ordered a grande black from starbux....
saturday, the ma boys went into sheung shui to celebrate the mom's bday! soooo good to go back! back when i stayed out there, i was struggling wit the daily commute. but now that i'm out here - it was sooo nice to go back into the fresh air, the open night - especially now that there's a cool breeze, where the sky is actually clear and u can see them stars in the sky! yeah - my first time back since moving out. just eating and playing and eating some more!!! t'was sooo nice! definitely gives a different look to hk living...
matrix:revolutions is coming up next week! this is sure to be an awesome conclusion to the trilogy! 'zero hour' will be wed. nov. 5 at 10pm in HK. unfortunately, i'll be in KL that week!!! :( i'm trying to convince my conference organizers to make a matrix nite on wednesday!! if not... bllllleeeeeccccccchhhhh!!!! i'm gonna skip watever they got anyway n gonna watch it myself!!!!!
GOD is good... i ever tell you that? you ever wake up in the morning and just realize all the blessings you've been given? that's how i feel. even tho i'm sleepy and tired (for what reason i dunno - not enuf coffee?), i'm still so upbeat and fired up cause of all the awesome things going on this week! this fri nite, the vine will be organizing a nite of worship, PASSIONATE, at ica in north point, with a few worship leaders from hillsong city church, australia coming over and joining the praise!! sooooo excited! i believe it starts at 7pm (actually 7:30, but be there at 7), so be there by then to get u'r seats... it's guaranteed to be PAcKED!!!!!
